Silver Lake State Park is located in Oceana County, Michigan on Lake Michigan. The park is comprised of dune ridges and mature forest.

A popular feature of the park is the 450-acre off-road vehicle (ORV) area. The ORV area has trails for motorcycles, ATVs and larger ORVs. Specific regulations apply and families should review regulations before operating ORVs within the park.

Silver Lake campground offers 200 campsites with electrical hookups. The campground has modern restrooms and dumpsters.

The park offers a variety of water recreation. There is great fishing in Silver Lake for bass, crappie, pike and walleye. There is also four miles of shoreline on Lake Michigan and a swimming beach.
